Ayurvedic Yoga, Meditation, and Mantra Specialist

No prior experience with Ayurveda or Yoga is required for this career course.

Ayurvedic Yoga, Meditation, and Mantra Specialist career can be practiced as an independent career, but is also a great addition for yoga teachers, herbologists, massage therapists, nutrition consultants, and other natural practitioners.

Yoga and Ayurveda are sister sciences that work together to support whole-body wellbeing. By using simple Ayurvedic principles in our daily diet and lifestyle, alongside gentle Yoga practices, we help prana, the body’s natural life energy flow more freely. When this energy moves with ease, we can reduce stress and imbalance, support better health, and feel more at ease physically, emotionally, and mentally.

Many of the poses, breathing exercises, and meditation techniques will feel familiar to anyone who has tried Hatha Yoga. Ayuryoga builds on these foundations in a clear and accessible way, making it suitable for beginners as well as those with some yoga experience.

What makes Ayuryoga special is how it uses the basic ideas of Ayurveda, such as the elements, doshas, and natural qualities of the body and mind, to help us understand why certain practices feel calming, energizing, or grounding. Guided by Ayurveda’s simple principle that “like increases like,” these practices are chosen thoughtfully to help bring the body back into balance and support natural healing.

Ayuryoga offers a gentle, supportive path toward better health, increased awareness, and a deeper sense of well-being.

Riorita Tkachenko and her Ayurvedic Practitioner training school are absolutely incredible! I had the privilege of learning from Riorita and was truly amazed at her extensive knowledge in all areas of Ayurvedic practices. Her expertise is unparalleled, and she has a unique ability to make even the most complex concepts easy to understand.

One aspect that truly stood out during the training was Riorita’s practical approach. Instead of solely relying on theoretical lessons, she took us into the kitchen and guided us through the preparation of amazing Ayurvedic meals. This hands-on experience not only made learning enjoyable but also deepened our understanding of the principles of Ayurveda.

Another highlight was the exploration of incredible food and tea recipes. Riorita introduced us to a variety of herbs, spices, and ingredients with medicinal properties, allowing us to create delicious and health-enhancing concoctions. It was a truly delightful journey of taste and wellness.

Riorita’s warmth, patience, and dedication to her students were evident throughout the training. She created a welcoming and nurturing environment that encouraged questions, discussions, and personal growth. Student 2022-2023

I’ve known Riorita for more than ten years and have taken multiple courses such as Western and Ayurvedic Herbology, Vedic Astrology and Ayurveda Career through Blue Lotus Academy. The information that Riorita teaches is invaluable as for practitioners as well as for people who are just starting their journey with Vedic culture and Ayurveda. I’ve also received an Ayurvedic consultation from Riorita, which helped me to understand myself better, to change my lifestyle, including my eating habits for better wellbeing.
I also had my Natal Astrological map done by Riorita, as well as yearly Muhutras, which provide me with guidance in daily life.

I am very happy to be part of the likeminded Blue Lotus community.
I would recommend Riorita to anyone who is looking to improve their quality of life and improve their body and mind health state.

I’m very grateful for being able to go through the course of Ayurvedic Lifestyle Professional with Riorita.  Riorita is a great resource and wealth of knowledge in Ayurveda.  The amount of the material was overwhelming and I’m still absorbing, but no matter your level, you receive what you need at that time.  I really enjoyed the part of the course about mantras.  Mantras are listened to and sung in our house, but learning about the depth of the mantras brings another level in appreciation of mantras.  Recipes in the nutritional part of the course were very helpful as well.  I loved that the course was both theoretical as well as practical that could be applied to everyday life.  Also, it was very important about Riorita‘s personal support and quick response in case we had questions.
